Thanks to the enormous wealth of experience of the Advisory Board members, medium and long-term issues are identified and dovetailed with the strategy. Each individual member provides support on specific topics, depending on the person's area of expertise.

Jürgen Schlote

Chairman of the Advisory Board

Jürgen Schlote is the founder and owner of the Schlote Group, the leading company in the field of precision parts: medium-sized and family-run. The Schlote Group's experts solve a wide variety of challenges for their customers, including internationally. Schlote's nine diversified plants, based in Germany and abroad, employ around 1,500 people and work as development partners and series suppliers for the automotive and supplier industry, foundry technology and many other industrial and commercial customers. There are few competitors today with comparable expertise in the manufacture of precision components for complete systems.

Kai Demtröder

BMW AG

Kai Demtroeder is VP Infrastructure Technology at BMW AG. He is responsible for an extensive portfolio of system components of crucial importance for the global infrastructure of BMW AG. Kai contributes his extensive experience and strong network to the strategic direction of Sirius Holding. He is jointly responsible for the global development of the group.

Prof. Dr. Jürgen Döllner

Hasso-Plattner-Institut

The Department of Computer Graphics Systems, headed by Professor Jürgen Döllner, focuses on visual computing and AI for geometry and geodata. His research focuses on methods, algorithms, techniques and systems for the analysis, processing and visualization of software repository data (software analytics), 3D geodata and 3D point clouds (geospatial analytics), visual media (video analytics) and finance analytics. Jürgen is responsible for the scientific, future-oriented development of the Group's product portfolio.

Joachim Reimertshofer LL.M.

Lawyer

Joachim Reimertshofer is the founder and owner of Reimertshofer GmbH. Joachim specializes in GDPR issues and advises the Group on the data protection-compliant design of its products. Reimertshofer GmbH also specializes in employment law and intellectual property law and acts as a mediator in legal disputes in the industry. Joachim advises the group on all relevant legal issues.
